As the Director of a Visual And Performing Arts Program for students in the 1st through 8th grade it was my responsibility to over see five teachers and their curriculum in Performing Arts. Assuring that my staff meets the aims of the Academy and the needs of all students while ensuring that courses and programs comply with policies, procedures, goals, and objectives of the school district. More duties include putting together a winter and spring show for all performing arts students, keeping parents up-to-date with information regarding curriculum, instruction, and special events as well as working with teachers to develop and enhance their personal practice.

As​ ​a​ ​supervisor​ ​for​ ​Agent​ ​Provocateur​ ​I​ ​had​ ​duties such as ​ sending​ ​weekly​ ​and​ ​monthly​ ​sales​ ​report​ ​to​ ​corporate,​ ​managing​ ​and training​ ​a​ ​team​ ​to​ ​ensure​ ​all​ ​employees’​ ​can​ ​provide​ ​world-class​ ​customer​ ​service​ ​and outstanding​ ​product​ ​knowledge,​ ​and​ ​ensuring​ ​the​ ​maintenance​ ​of​ ​clean​ ​and well-organized​ ​areas​ ​throughout​ ​shop​ ​floors​ ​and​ ​stockrooms. It was also my responsibility to demonstrate​ ​the​ ​desired​ ​behavior​ ​for​ ​staff. That includes driving​ ​sales,​ ​handling​ ​complicated​ situations,​ ​cash management,​ ​inventory,​ ​and​ ​client maintenance.
