CurrentGlenn L. Stein, a Member of the firm, serves as Practice Group Leader of CSG's Corporate Department. Glenn represents public and private clients in private equity and venture capital financing transactions, debt offerings, complex corporate restructurings, domestic and international M&A transactions, joint ventures, intellectual property matters, licensing and joint development transactions, and general corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating limited liability company operating agreements, employment and consulting agreements, and distribution, manufacturing, supply, and vendor agreements. Glenn also regularly advises start-up clients on business formation, financing and operational issues, intellectual property matters, and often consults with clients on legislative affairs and government relations matters.From 1996 to 2000, Glenn worked in the New York State Legislature, where he was a legislative analyst for the Senate Finance Committee, and was the Assistant Legislative Director to former state Senator Serphin R. Maltese.While in law school, Glenn interned with the New Jersey Attorney General's Office of Legislative Affairs, and was a summer law clerk with the corporate law group at American Home Products Corporation (now Pfizer). Glenn also served as the Director of Staffing and Symposia for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and was a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board, where Glenn's team won the Eugene Gressman Appellate Moot Court Competition.
