Freelance work through Upwork.

Worked with a team of four fiber splicers to complete daily troubleshooting, splicing, and coordinating tasks. In this role I oversaw one fiber technician and provided on the job training. A few skills that I picked up is complex problem solving skills. Tasked with troubleshooting almost everyday, I was able to pick up and solve the problem in ample time. Working in a stressful environment allowed me to enhance and improve these skills in a new way everyday.

After school job, quickly transitioned due to COVID.

In this role I worked directly with club members and insured their safety everyday. With critical decision making and problem solving I was able to enforce rules, practice life saving techniques, and maintain a pool with over 75 members. Working in this stressful environment let me experience first hand complex problems and figure out the solutions to those problems; not only quickly but efficiently no time could be wasted.
