Working for one of the UK's largest Mortgage and Protection specialists, supporting both appointed representative (AR) and directly authorised (DA) firms.My main duties included;• Managing a team of mortgage advisers, administrators and technical advisers.• Continually monitoring KPI's against individual and company targets.• Advising clients both face to face and remotely on Mortgages and Insurance products from the whole of the market.• Providing a research helpdesk which is accessible to over 1,000 individual mortgage and insurances advisers throughout the UK.• Working as part of a team providing support and development, including training and coaching of fellow advisers and administrators.• Mentoring numerous trainee advisers and administrators.• Playing vital roles in various projects within the company, in particular an IT project to help deliver a full end to end online system for mortgage and insurance advisers.
