    My role as an Business Consultant which involves taking clients through the implementation of XPlanand then supporting the client with their on-going use of the system . XPlan is a system for WealthManagement Companies that provides CRM and Portfolio Management . The system interfaces witha wide range of Platform providers to provide fund valuations, transactions, KIIDs and Factsheets.I have been involved in 2 successful implementations of XPlan and I am currently running 3concurrent implementation projects. In order to do this I have demonstrated my understanding of Wrap products andthe way which these products are recommended and managed on behalf of clients and the interfacebetween the Wrap Product providers and the Wealth Management companies and therefore XPlan.Due to the takeover of Avelo by IRESS and the introduction of XPlan which is an Australian product I have had to learn a new system at the same time as implementing it with only limited support from product experts.     On-Line Team:-The Marketing Team at Wesleyan required an on-line service to clients which would allow clients to keep track of their investments in relation to advice given at their last meeting with their Wesleyan Adviser. My role was to agree and prioritise the Business Requirements with the major stakeholders and present my solution to the Wesleyan Board. In addition to Wesleyan stakeholders I also worked with a Web Design agency and 2 other 3rd party suppliers who maintained the software systems that would be required to provide data for the Web Site. My Solution was agreed by all parties but has currently been 'put on ice' while RDR is being implemented.RDR: -I led the Point of Sale RDR workstream for Wesleyan up to the successful completion of UAT. Insight the POS system through which Wesleyan sell their own and 3rd party products to their clients is key to the processing of new business for Wesleyan. My was to review and agree that the test scripts were fit for purpose: arrange for test data to be provided and to manage a team of testers, triage any defects found and manage the process of getting fixes being delivered and retested. I am also responsible for reporting progress of the project to the overall RDR Programme Manager and to the work-stream managers who will use insight.

The system was developed to complement existing back office systems and to be the "flag-ship" product for the newly created company.Wealth Management Software plc 2000 - 2003WMS develop and market systems for the Financial Services sector in particular the management of ISA/PEPS, Unit Trusts and Pensions and also both institutional and private client funds management. I was employed as a Business Consultant and my role involved building and maintaining relationships with clients from the sales agreement through to the completion of the system implementation.
