- Partner with the Chief Engineer to develop a solution to tracking SDRL, CDRL, and DAL deliverables for earned value management through the creation, management, and linkages of a Kanban board- Lead weekly scrum of scrums with 10 scrum teams compromised of various IPTs to understand workflow, risks, and help needed- Track and mitigate work impediments for the Program Manager and 10 IPT scrum teams- Enhance DSSC-6 program’s organizational methodologies on Atlassian Confluence for Chief Engineers by developing a system and ~10 informational pages to track technical and programmatic knowledge and needs- Spearhead weekly Jira status pulls for 10 IPT scrum teams for the Program Manager to send to the customer

- Implement the Agile methodology in a scrum team of 20 people for continuous collaboration and improvement- Analyze and own status and earned value management metrics to provide detailed reports of where budget is being allocated and why- Run daily scrum meetings as well as monthly sprint planning and retrospective meetings to align team priorities and status with technical Product Owner and scrum team- Own team execution (performance, schedule, and cost) of the multi-disciplinary team’s portion of the Feature Roadmap, including managing ~$17 million in contract budget- Collaborate with technical leads to decompose Feature Roadmap into work packages and communicate with Government counterparts- Coordinate with programmatic management, team, sub-teams, and other contracts to identify and resolve dependencies, blockers, and priority conflicts- Remove programmatic roadblocks for technical team members to ease the processes and ensure time management for technical team members- Support RBR and Program Increment Planning Meeting’s planning and execution

- Co-create ~30 program and technical documents & presentations for engineering and leadership for on-time deliverables for customer review - Train new engineering technicians on task-related assignments to reduce re-work and improve efficiency- Act as the DOA for program leadership to ensure goals continue to be met with no gaps in a timely manner- Coordinate with Regional Systems Engineering Director on Zero Baseline Result initiative to improve engineer efficiency and cut company costs- Negotiate staffing of engineer technicians on E-2 IPT teams
