I launched and directed an online graduate-level certificate program in real estate finance. This position requires me to wear many hats.My responsibilities include everything from recruiting and overseeing instructor needs to establishing new relationships with international industry associations. I also collect and analyze quantitative data regarding student demographics, and present findings to develop marketing strategies in collaboration with other departments. Other responsibilities include providing individualized academic advice to students, mentoring student workers in industry event operations, and forming new protocols for course management.

I designed and created flyers, email invitations, and event programs for Institute conferences using Microsoft Publisher. I also assisted in the set-up and day-of coordination of these conferences. Past responsibilities include researching pricing information for certificate programs, as well as writing posts for social media. In this capacity, I grew the Twitter following by 12% in 6 weeks.

I managed operations for a global real estate conference with over 400 registered attendees, which discussed risks and trends in US investing overseas. I hired and directed student staff for the conference and served as a point of contact for the conference photographer and videographer.

I researched, collected and analyzed data using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to generate competition reports for clients. I also successfully reached out to local businesses to sign the Hafa Adai Pledge, a campaign in conjunction with the tourism bureau to promote good business practices. In addition, I assisted with the setup of the monthly Hafa Adai Pledge ceremony.

For two consecutive summers, I provided administrative support for the Chamber team, including the President and Vice President. I greeted and directed visitors to the office, and directed telephone calls. Finally, I assisted with the setup of various Chamber functions and events, including monthly general meetings and the Annual Small Business Expo.

I addressed student concerns in regards to housing, and worked with the Residence Life team to facilitate student move-in and move-out days. I also updated information databases using Microsoft Excel.
