In a seven-year period from 2008 I gained experience, knowledge and skills as a rigger, truck driver, crane operator, trade assistant and boilermaker utilising my abilities in performing general maintenance and construction in mining and plant applications. I am knowledgeable in boiler making and fit outs of plant instruments, leading a construction crew, training and assessment and management.Over the last two years I have gained the skills and knowledge to teach in classrooms or one-on-one to adults, develop training and course material, and monitor RTO compliance and audit procedures. I also have experience facilitating trainer and corporate meetings and delivering professional development sessions.
