Hello I’m Glynn Nelson, a sales developer focused on flexible packaging.Presently, I am a Business Development Manager with Snell Packaging & Safety. In my sales role I am focused on flexible packaging primarily for the Food Industry. Here I guide and support customers to achieve their very best. Some of my exciting work to date consists of working with small and larger customers where I help facilitate and assist with new product launches into their markets.I have held a variety of sales roles including planning and procurement roles across several companies varying from large corporates through to medium sized private companies. Imagine Huhtamaki, Alto and more.With my depth of knowledge & experience I have assisted many companies over the years to achieve their product launches. As one knows every launch can be slightly different to another. Using a proven 11 stage process map helps.While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I know the favourite stage of a project is working with the customer to understand their objectives. We then work through a collaborative process; ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part.I am involved a lot with design in my working day and so it is only natural that after hours you’ll find me interested in the arts and garden design.
