I worked as a customer service representative for what was then called "Personal Choice," later "Your Choice" and then "Shared Services"--from March 1990 to October 1992. My role was to fill in for staff shortages from western Toronto to Hamilton/Waterdown. I worked at many branches over this time. Later, from October 1991 to October 1992, I worked specifically at one branch (Hurontario and King).
