Providing experience and assist in the delivery of a high quality maintenance service for Aldwyck Housing Group on behalf of Connaught PLC to meet and sustain KPI's and business strategy. Spice PLC (following acquisition of Homerton Heating Limited in April 2007; To lead the implementation of the Business Development strategies for the Southern Regional Business Unit; delivering against targets across identified business sectors within Social Housing and Facilities Management, namely Compliance and Maintenance Services, linking brands together to deliver cross selling opportunities between business units to win large scale contracts, either individually or as a Joint Venture vehicle. This work now entails some PFI projects. As a member of the Management Team, I play a key role in implementing strategies for the development of the businesses within the Public Services division of Spice PLC addressing any best value initiatives to lead, manage and develop the Business Development for the Southern region.

My role was to manage the individual project bid to ensure that a properly considered and co-ordinated bid can be presented for adjudication for social Housing opportunities within the gas sector. Developing partnerships with key clients for future growth of the business and highlighting any opportunities for Joint Ventures with larger suppliers. The main development of the business was via Homerton Property Services, driving 'best value' to existing and new clients by offering a complete procurement service in addition to gas related works. This developed into numerous planned maintenance contract wins for kitchen replacements, bathroom replacements and assist in the development of a bespoke Asset Management system.
