My task was to film the pastry workshops of the college, since it was closed due to COVID19 restrictions. Everyday I was filming up to 5 different recipes, step by step, with the party chefs of the college in order for the students to understand how to recreate the recipes that are in their books. The footage was edited within 3 days and uploaded to the college’s online platform. For this job I used a Canon camcorder, wireless microphones, led lights and a monopod.

From October 2016 until the end of May 2018, I work as a the head of a photography team in the monasteries of Mount Athos, Greece as part of the “Mount Athos Digital Ark” project, overseeing assistants, solving complex studio, Lightroom and Photoshop problems for my team as well as for others.
