Managed & coordinated various projects including:-Development of an integrated asset lifecycle management system: the 3D model of the plant in its as-built configuration (extracted from a point cloud) is loaded into Autodesk Navisworks Manage, and dynamically linked to Primavera (scheduling), SAP (materials management), OpenText (Documentation Management), PALLADIO (inspection data management). SPPID installation, management & customization.Managed a team for the development & implementation of a SPPID mobile application, allowing plant operators, construction and maintenance personnel to access, view and modify SPPID data using a palms sized PC: the application was integrated with RFID technology to allow automatic identification of equipments, instruments, etc. and perform an automatic query on SPPID.Provided support and training services on SPPID to Foster Wheeler Italiana (FWI)Upgraded a project from SPPID 3 to SPPID 2007: activities were carried out by intervening directly on data dictionary manager, catalog manager, rules manager, options manager and reporting (the latter with the cooperation of a VBScript operator)Installed and configured various releases of SPPID, trained FWI administrators on SPPID installation and configuration.Held various training courses at FWI offices, both for Italian and Turkish (FW Bimas) operators.Supported implementation and use of Workshare via standalone satellite between OMV / FWI / FW BimasSupported implementation of SPPID / PDS interface
