Since 2000 I have been working in the field of Information Technology in Business Intelligence and DataWarehouse. The experience and know-how acquired to date allow me to have a broad knowledge of the issues and technologies related to BI-DWH from back-end to front-end. I have participated in several projects both in the private sector and in public administration; with technical, functional and governing roles: Project Management, Sales and Pre-Sales; in various contexts including: telecommunications, Energy, Financial Services, Banking, Transport, Gaming, Consip (RGS-MEPA), Lazio Region. I have acquired the skills to position myself as a transversal figure who can operate from design activities to customer management; maintain relationships at an executive level with all interested parties, managing to understand the customer's needs in all phases of the project and managing the team in achieving the set objectives. A long and diversified experience in the operational and project management areas has contributed to increasing my ability to understand the needs in aspects of working life, organization and the work environment and the critical design issues with the identification of suitable solutions.Skills e Project Management:Staffing, planning, project control (cost/time/quality monitoring), stakeholder and supplier management. Technical and business analysis: requirements collection, feasibility, functional and economic analysis, risk management; definition of KPIs. Architecture and modeling of the DataWarehouse with design of ETL solutions and construction of ad hoc reports. Compilation of test cases, project documentation.
