Working with a team of experts to write a comprehensive list of sexual and reproductive healthcare competencies for the registered nurse that is inclusive of abortion care and teaches registered nurses to the full scope of practice within the state of California.

I am working on Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC) project, where I am designing and developing a comprehensive website to disseminate information and resources. Additionally, I will be identifying community partners in California to ensure the project is aligned with the needs and insights of the target community.

Participant Recruitment Program (PRP): I helped research teams' participant recruitment by creating targeted ads using Facebook Ad Manager and crafted personalized letters for electronic health messaging (EHRma) to effectively reach potential study participants. Additionally, I was responsible for billing research teams generating charges, and other administrative tasks. Community Engagement (CE):I collaborated with CTSI navigators to assist research teams to ensure recruitment efforts were culturally sensitive and inclusive. Assisting with editing and creating powerpoints that can be used for different CE efforts and meeting creating. Also, helped with community partner payout.

I was responsible for coding interviews using Atlas.ti , identifying and organizing theme from codes, and contributing to recruitment efforts. I utilized tools like Canva to create engaging recruitment flyers enhancing our outreach and participation rates.
