After years of architecting medical software implementations and technical workflow design, I recognized a need within my start up's Professional Services team to drive operational standards through streamlined processes and clear guidelines. Using my experience leading large-scale, multi-year enterprise software implementation projects, I created a Professional Services Operations Manager role that enhanced efficiency and allowed our team to scale, doubling in size from when I began developing the role, to when the company was acquired. Following Ambra's acquisition by Intelerad, I oversaw a seamless integration merging Professional Services teams, processes, and business systems, ensuring continued success and collaboration. After studying global health in college, I channeled my passion for healthcare into my first role at a medical imaging software company, where I discovered the exciting possibilities within the software and tech industry. My journey has equipped me with a unique blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and operational insight. I envision my dream role as leveraging this foundation to grow the implementation team of another startup, ultimately improving client outcomes in either healthcare or software.
