Ginny Markham-Jones is a highly regarded mortgage operations leader known for her people-first, no nonsense management style. Ginny utilizes her two + decades of experience holding nearly every mortgage operations role to facilitate practical, efficient ops models that put people first, both internal staff and the clients they work to assist. This strategy has created a tight knit, purpose driven team around her that not only assists in their mission to bridge the homeownership gaps plaguing underserved communities; her strategy maximizes revenues while providing reduced inefficiencies which can be an unnecessary barrier to companies wanting to help BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities build wealth through homeownership.Markham-Jones previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations for InQlusion Mortgage Capital, a full-service concierge home financing company formed to bridge the homeownership gaps faced by BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ families across the country. Ginny has a long history of serving the underserved having most recently assisted in the successfully executed launch of a diversity focused homeownership division for a TN bank called FirstBank Forward, which was awarded the 2020 National Mortgage Bankers DEI Award for market outreach strategies. Markham-Jones has also been a long time and passionate ally for queer communities advocating through involvement with multiple LGBTQIA+ organizations fighting for justice and equality including a stint as a co-chair for the Nashville Equality Dinner, a black-tie gala that raises funds for the Human Rights Campaign, an organization which strives to end discrimination against LGBTQ people and realize a world that achieves fundamental fairness and equality for all.
