I am a Faculty Senior Associate at the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU), the premier institution for security cooperation education and training. With over seven years of experience in this field, I have developed and delivered courses on various aspects of security cooperation, such as plans and programs, regional studies, operations, and diplomacy, to prepare military and civilian personnel for working with foreign governments and militaries.Before joining DSCU, I was a Lead Security Cooperation Planner at the U.S. European Command, where I guided teams in planning and executing international security programs and exercises across Europe. I also served as a Division Chief and a Senior International Political-Military Affairs Specialist at the U.S. Africa Command, where I managed stakeholder relations, issue resolution, and crisis analysis for the South East Central Region.
