His dedication to this cause is unwavering, inspiring hope and optimism in those he works with.Graham has gained a longstanding, intimate knowledge of Medifab's innovative support, seating and positioning systems for people with physical challenges after becoming the company's first-ever Assistive Technology sales representative in 2000.Graham says he soon learned that working with people with physical challenges and their therapists is not about offering them products but helping make their lives better and more comfortable.Today, Graham's leadership shines as he coaches both the Australian and New Zealand teams. His responsibility is to passionately educate on how to thrive in the workplace and be a valued contributor, instilling confidence and reassurance in his teams.In 2009, he moved to Australia, where a big part of his role is managing the Australian dealer network that works directly with Medifab's end users.Graham believes it is critical that Medifab's representatives operate with the same values and philosophy as the company.
