Being part of the same retail real estate company group as Trapani Participacoes, Hyat was a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the Total Bras Shopping Centre construction. It was responsible for the Architecture’s Design’s Drawings management and productions; the management of the MEP projects; and the construction it self. Besides, they were co-responsible for design and executions of renovations of other Malls of the Group it was part of.Mall website: www.shoppingtotalbras.com.brI was hired in the middle of the building’s construction of the company’s main project, while yet the Design’s Drawings was still being reviewed and remodelled. I did achieve a great improvement in the velocity of the issuing drawings using AutoCad as the unique software by reviewing the method of drawing. Furthermore, I can say that my main learning was gained on the field.
