-Monitor and operate plant operations Tertiary Amine Plant 1, Tertiary Amine Plant 2 and Beads Plant.-Perform Safe Start-Up and Shut down of the plant operations, following SOP and Work instruction Manuals.- Perform Column Washing, Pressurize and Depressurize of Column.-Perform Tank to Tank product transfer ratio blending and Isotank Transfer. -Perform Charging of Catalyst to Column-Perform Charging of KOH to Vessel-Perform Change over of Raw Material of the Evaporator-Perform of Change Over of Product Tank Feed to Plant. (depends of customer's demand).-Perform Sampling of Products.-Perform withdraw of Packaging Materials, KOH and Catalyst for production.-Perform Troubleshooting problems that cause the stoppage or affect the low efficiency of plant's production.-Refire FurnaceShutdown/Maintenance WorkCleaning Hot Oil Strainer,Hot Bolting of the Hot Oil Strainer,Action Checking of Handless Operating Valve, Install Blind Nitrogen pipelines for safety purposes, Emptying of Vessels and Columns, Perform Gas Checking of the Area for safety Purposes, Perform Equipment Preparations, Cleaning of burner guns, cleaning of fuel strainers.
