I was administratively responsible for financial success of $54 M Marriott Little Lake Bryan Project. This involved critical interface with the Owner, Design Team, Project Team to ensure control over schedule, quality and cost. I developed the budgets, cost reports, and coordinated Numerous VE issues with our staff and subs. I supervised the change order process, engineering and pay applications.

I was partially charged with the successful completion of $56 M Caribe Royale Resort Suites Hotel and $28 M Caribe Royale Convention Center and Villas. I worked closely with the owner, design team and project team to maintain schedule through staff, subcontractor and owner meetings. I developed budgets, cost reports, project buyout and coordinated Value Engineering issues. My duties also included team building, executing pay applications, change orders, owner correspondence, office or field interface and critical problem solving.

I assisted in the buyout procedure, managed change order process, performed scheduling, provided critical interface with owner, design team and project team to maintain project schedule.

I performed a variety of tasks including shop drawing reviews, pay applications and scheduling. I led the field engineering layout and coordination with Superintendents / Carpenters. Provided owner coordination, preliminary budgets and preconstruction services.
