I have started to work at Multirede as Security Consultant, acting on many projects where security was in place. When security training classess were available, I decided to start this task once I feel very confortable teaching what I know.Because of that, I got Cisco and RedHat training certifications, but I still act as Security Consultant.

I have worked as Project Coordinator for Linx's Datacenter environment. One of my tasks was defininig and deploying new Fortinet firewall devices on this ennvironment. One of the most challenging task was find out what was generating latency and disabling the whole network, and after some time, I found out that some ARP flood was taken place from time to time.

I have started my career on Engineering Area, defining and deploying Diveo Metropolitan's Backbone. I was in charge to design, acomplish and do acceptance tests to ensure quality of service on that new Backbone.After a while, I started in Security Area, helping hardening and proccess definitions, auditing tasks and other security stuff. I have defined and deployed a central authentication (based on LDAP and ACS), as well as Antivirus service for Datacenter Customers.Along with those responsabilities, I have been working with IBM IPS Proventia to avoid massive attacks and any other hacking, as weel as any other tools, like Symantec Endpoint Protection, Barracuda Antispam, Checkpoint and Alcatel/Lucent virtual firewalls.

On First Tech I have started to work in a new Area (Network Area) inside it, but I have executed presales and implementation jobs on most projects.
