Through her own history of founding companies and working to mentor those who wish to do so, Gale understands the value of effective communications: “Whether we’re pitching a new business idea or giving a toast to our grandma, well told stories inspire others to share our hearts and minds.” Today she promotes SpeechStory, an organization focused on building speaking skills in elementary school children so that they can find their voices, tell their stories, become confident public speakers…and ultimately change the world.Gale’s work with hospital marketing and communications began in 1996 when she founded MEDSEEK and served on its Board until the company's acquisition in 2012. MEDSEEK, renamed Influence Health, continues to be a major player in the client engagement and content management business with over 1,000 hospital clients and 300 employees. In 2009 Gale launched Health Media Syndicate in order to leverage the high production value of expertly crafted healthcare public service campaigns and extend their compelling messages of healthy choices and preventative care. By licensing proven campaigns designed by experienced healthcare marketers, non-competing organizations achieved a return on their investment as they reduce costs and increase marketing success.
