As the visionary Chapter Lead for Modern Work at CCL, I lead and manage the Modern Work team, working closely with the wider Spark Business Group to align strategies and meet market demands. My role involves providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to harness the potential of Modern Work concepts and technologies, and ensure the business is ready to deliver on our Modern Work strategy. By staying up to date with the latest trends and cultivating a culture of innovation, I inspire the team to explore new possibilities. This role also sees me working closely with our strategic partners, such as Microsoft to harness the full power of a partnership model and executing on join plans-of-action and market opportunity.By leading by example, I play a pivotal role in positioning CCL and Spark Business Group as a leader in the Modern Work landscape.

I guide customers through the ever-evolving security and foundation technologies available to ensure security is achieved along with productivity.I retain a close working relationship with Microsoft technical and internal delivery experts to ensure delivery of my work is aligned with Microsoft processes and standards, coupled with my personal expertise and experience to deliver proven results.

Responsible for the design, implementation and delivery of IT systems and unification of the IT environment across business units. This role is part of a business transformation project, rolling out Microsoft Dynamics 365 and supporting technologies to the cooperative. This is a joint project between Microsoft and Farmlands, and is the largest Microsoft implementation of the product within Australasia.Role includes an emphasis on implementing new technology, driving the technology adoption and maintaining end user security and functionality. Working at an architectural level, this role also covers the governance of all end-user technology, including desktop, SaaS, mobile and all end-user technology. A balance of both technical hands-on work, and high-level technology governance.Notable achievements include:- Implementation and deployment of security and identity management tools/practices- Subject matter expert across Microsoft 365 stack, including administration of products (including Dynamics 365)- Enhancing operational IT processes- Planning and delivery of the Microsoft Modern Desktop- Implementation of cloud identity management, including user and device life-cycle processes- Implementation of MFA, SSPR, Intune MDM, Windows Autopilot, Conditional Access and many other Azure and Office 365 features, including identity management- Teaching and promoting best practices throughout IT- Deployment of new Point of Sale hardware and software across all device platforms including Windows and mobile OS

Responsible for both project and every-day operations involving new and emerging technologies (especially mobile) within the co-operative. Work involves a big emphasis on communication and dealing with both technical and non technical persons. Big exposure and understanding of Microsoft enterprise platforms.Providing direction and technical assistance for newer team members.Responsible for investigating and creating solutions for small and large business openings or problems through the use of IT technologies.Detailed understanding of PABX systems, and unified communication platforms including administration and implementation/deployment of Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business (both technical and change management roles). Currently administrating Skype for Business and PABX systems in an enterprise environment.Change management and transition is also a large part of this position, relying on key communication skills. The multi-role position requires a great attention to time management.Self-taught skills (both technical and non technical) and a discipline to this has been a key part of my success in delivering new and exciting ideas and technologies to the business.

Responsible for planning and organisation of IT projects, including communication with end users, running training seminars and coordinating on-going support for both technical teams, executive persons and end users. Also manage and conduct development of support platforms using tools such as SharePoint and Yammer. Developing and expanding SharePoint 2013 within company.

Developed a concept app, written for Android to deliver e-learning solutions to mobile devices. Followed an agile software development life cycle to ensure the development was a success.
