Working across our group of financial and advisory firms, this role involves leading and delivering on the board and governance process for AZ NGA’s group of firms, chairing meetings and improving levels of understanding of “good governance”.Maintaining oversight of firms who require additional support with respect to their performance is another critical element of the role and this includes providing guidance or instruction, when key measures are not met.AZ NGA empowers its group of CEOs to be entrepreneurial and lead their firms according to their particular style; in this regard, my role involves mentoring and providing professional development coaching support. This support also extends to AZ NGA’s group of future leaders as they are preparing to take on more senior roles within their firms.The final key elements of the role are focused on relationship management with the group of firms and supporting the implementation of AZ NGA’s Super Firm strategy (obtain scale, improve the value propositions for clients, employees and stakeholders and take advantage of the opportunities available to larger financial and advisory firms).Refer to the "Organizations" section below for further information with respect to directorships.

Supported cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with each firm’s objectives.Oversight of key relationships with member firm stakeholders, such as CEO’s, business managers and future leaders.
