Current* Worldwide Service attendances onboard vessels for Inspections / Repairs / Commissioning (Hydraulics / Pneumatics / Automations / Software) for Valve Remote Control and Tank Gauging Systems.* Integration works with New Equipment (BWMS).* Provide Service Reports after completion of attendances.* Follow up and Remote Troubleshoot issues on Customer Vessels worldwide.* Correspondence with Customers and our Principals abroad.* Provide Technical Support and Assistance to clients during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.*Representations of Marine Equipment Makers.* Receive and Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, pricing, and delivery details.* Providing Spare Parts Offers to Customers for a vast variety of equipment. Monitoring Orders and Deliveries.* Present and Promote our range of our Principals’ Products emphasizing their technical features and benefits.* Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetings.* Managing and Updating production reports on a daily basis.
