CurrentCommitted to leading 6 CS managers, with up to 50 indirect reports including Team Leads and Sr. Client Success Specialists- Provides direct coaching to managers and team members around managing various client interactions such as pitching new products, making data backed recommendations, or managing escalations- Works in lockstep with Sr. Sales Leaders anticipate and adapt to material changes to Indeed’s products/processes and put solutions in place maximize client benefits and minimize negative outcomes- Leverages internal tools, KPIs, and benchmarks to monitor overall performance of the org. and identify trends across teams or ICs as they arise - Focuses on development of leaders within the organization by helping to build customized growth plans that are monitored by managers themselves and held accountable through monthly check-ins
