This is crucial in a consumable business. I use the same approach and interpersonal skills when dealing with my team and try to lead by example. I choose only to work with driven people as they work harder, smarter and are easier to motivate to achieve their own objectives and Company goals. A small company cannot have weak links and I have honed my recruiting and selection techniques to ensure a high calibre throughout the team. Opting to play to my talents in selling, account development, business strategy and leading the team, I am quite prepared to delegate tasks which I see as outside my core strengths such as finance, purchasing and logistics to such key people. To build and succeed in a start-up business you must have a good all-round knowledge of business practices and my previous experience at Titan Tapes served me well. I have never seen business as 'rocket science' and tend to see things clearly in black and white, even without the full facts. I relish making decisions and yielding the best results possible from that decision. I love my job and most of the people it brings me into contact with.

Through our contacts and supply partners, we developed a unique process that ticks all the boxes. We set up a sister company as a sign trade only supplier so that we could further support our partners in this sector. We have further developed the range to include 100% recyclable signage & cladding products and a bespoke print service whereby we can print almost any design, such as woodgrain, marble and other digital images onto aluminium substrates for signage, extrusions, totems and cladding. A further extension for the healthcare sector includes anti-bacterial surface finishes.
