Responsible for contract management, assisting with bid process (bond ordering, insurance review), and completion of monthly pay applications for construction division. Office Manager for the power division with tasks including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, T&M project billing, progress billing, and month end review and reconciliation.

Responsible for contract execution, project budget set up, buy-out for subcontracts and materials. Design-Build project document control and accounting (Federal reporting, payment applications, cost monitoritng, etc.) Assist with bid process (project set up, quotes, etc.)
