• THIRSTY’S AT FUTENMA: Designed interior renovation of an existing bar and restaurant into dynamic destination night club for enlisted marines. ROI on $1.2 million renovation cost was 6 months. 1996-1997• THE PALMS: Validated program requirements with current facility manager & users for construction of a new dining and nightclub facility for all U.S. Marine ranks. Prepared preliminary design and design development drawings based upon the approved program guidelines. Negotiated design modification approvals with the Officer in Charge of Construction and Government of Japan officials. 1997-1998.
