Designed and implemented the business plan to optimize interim net income from the 4,700 acre $1 Billion El Toro Marine Base during its initial year under private ownership (LNR/Lennar/et al). Regional responsibility for setting property strategy and measuring subsequent performance of all 30 owned assets in 8.5 million square foot, $600 million value-added office and industrial portfolio. Direct reporting to Legacy ownership, as well as to partners Goldman Sachs and DLJ. Managed analytic team in the economic modeling and performance evaluation of five new developments totaling $147 million and four value-added renovations representing an additional investment of over $100 million.
