Features were shipped to production.- Co-developed and maintained the Adaptive Beamforming Controller which improved 5G device downlink throughput performance and enhanced mmW network coverage.- Reduced memory footprint by 90% of the Beamforming module by switching to dynamic memory based allocation.- Optimized critical path timelines of the Beamforming module by introducing priority-based scheduling and caching mechanisms. Reduced timeline by at least 10%.- Co-developed and maintained the PHY Layer Beamer Controller which reduced power consumption of NR PHY Layer communication protocol.- Added logging for multiple beam management modules used across several teams in the validation of functionality, performance, and stability of the modules.- Supported critical hardware bring ups in a cross-functional team lab environment.

As part of the Modem Software group, I was tasked with developing automation tools for internal usage. Tools were developed in Python. - Developed a bot that analyzes team mail list emails to collect stats and send daily email reports to the team members. Skin Care IQ (SCiQ) is a local startup. The Android application being developed has a social networking component, which is what I worked on. - Defined application features and tasks for both front-end and back-end. - Defined project schedule based on an agile methodology. - Defined project version control workflow using Github. - Defined database models for the features. - Developed feature that allows users to navigate through the application. - Developed feature that allows users to search the application.

As part of the Compiler group, I developed a static profiling tool that analyzes shader kernels for the Intel Graphics Compiler. The tool was finalized on time and shipped for internal and external usage. Features:- Available as both an application and an API.- Portable across Windows and MacOS.

One of the aims of this lab is to build an autonomous system of robots to be deployed in disaster response operations. - Enabled multi-robot localization using ORB SLAM. - Developed PID controller to mobilize an autonomous quadcopter. - Implemented a real-time obstacle detection feature using clustering (DBSCAN) on map points (ORB SLAM). - Oversaw incoming interns by helping them define projects, learn lab tools, and debug codes.
