Grants Administrator And Budget Analyst

Prepare necessary schedules, provide financial data selected by auditors and resolve issues as needed. Review budgets for new proposals and provide feedback and training to Motiv staff on procedures required to comply with grant obligations. Reconcile and review grant related expenditures, including but not limited to, payroll, accounts payable, and purchasing; review labor distribution reports monthly and prepare time and effort certifications as needed. Prepare journal entries, including but not limited to, deferred grant process, labor redistributions, interest accrual, expenditure allocations, indirect costs, reclassifications, cost transfers, corrections for erroneous postings.
