Working on SAP HCM. OpenText Anywhere365 SAP CIS ( cloud ID) SAP Fiori, SAP WebIde

After working with Jaguar Land Rover prior, I took on the role of SAP HCM Solution Architect within the SAP CoE. I have developed a team to take on daily challenges, with the JLR global expansion (including new countries in Brazil and Slovakia) I took onboard solution issues, for example Russian data protection changes. I also worked with the projects to develop the high level solution of integration between new solutions for HR like “Hana Cloud Portal” and “SAP C4S – SAP new cloud version of Employee Interaction Centre”. Working with Snr business stakeholders, to derive and explain solutions in both technical and non-technical audiences. JLR was the first company to implement the SAP C4S Solution (Employee Master Data), and working with SAP closely to deliver the correct solution to enable JLR to develop its HR Shared Service Centre with the right tools. JLR are currently implementing SAP’s SuccessFactors and Concur, and the SAP CoE / Solution Architects have been involved in the end to end design and solution to ensure, no future requirements cause current solution issues. The role of the SAP HCM Solution architects, requires day to day business engagement with both the business and support partners, to ensure the solution meets requirements for the UK and the other 15 countries currently used within JLR.

During my time on the project I have delivered the SAP Portal (ESS and HR Administrator) and worked with a third party (ROC Group) to provide the HR Forms functionality using web dynpro technology. I have also been responsible for the development within the HR Forms including the iViews and the content of the HR Portal called “my JLR”. Also standard HR (PA / OM ) and working with the business to develop their business processes. I am a key contributor to the IT platform and have successfully integrated MS SharePoint within the SAP Net weaver Portal to design a fully functional SAP Port. I have also developed a simple view within Nakisa to allows the my JLR integration. Working with 24,000 employee records globally across, 14 different countries.

I was responsible for making sure that the 5 phased implementation matches the business requirements and ensuring that the testing is carried out thoroughly, working with the business partner raising and testing the defects. This role also ensured regression testing is carried out within the phases. During the stabilisation period, I was also required to carry out day to day configuration checks and ensure this did not affect other phases. I worked towards senior support consultant for the SAP Support Centre for HR and Payroll dealing with support calls for all aspects of SAP HR and Payroll within Birmingham City Council. I have developed processes within the SAP Competency Centre to allow smoother and faster call closure. I am also responsibility for all the change requests for HR and Payroll and approve these, complete the work, test and manage the business on implementing the changes. I am now the Snr Solution Architect within the SAP Competency centre and work with Birmingham City Council and Off shore resources developing new ways of working and implementing upgrades and new solutions.

I am a managing consultant for Accenture UK Ltd, I work on SAP HR and Payroll Implimentations throughout the world, with key tasks such as process design and systems configuration.Projects are outlined below, include Llloyds TSB - BP - Britannia - Halifax
