As the Vice President and General Manager, I serve as a member of the agency’s executive team, responsible for developing and executing the company's strategic vision. In this role I oversees budget planning and financial forecasting, including implementing cost-control measures to reduce overall expenditures, I spearhead the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency, I manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment, I oversee a performance a management system that aligned employee goals with organizational objectives, I develop and execute comprehensive strategies for managing key client accounts, I cultivates and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a main point of contact for all account-related matters, I manage account budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial targets, and I play a key role in new business development by leading contract negotiations, participating in pitches and identifying new business opportunities and networking activities
