Project manager with more than 15 years of experience. Versatile and flexible, I evolved from an engineering background focused on space technologies to a business-oriented focus, in particular supporting start-ups and SME companies venturing into space applications. With a sharp focus on results, I strongly believe in lean methodologies as a way to support SMEs in bringing innovation to market. Currently I manage a team of five international people inside European Space Agency focused on delivering sustainable commercial services using space technologies.Specialties: - Project / Programme management. PRINCE2®, MSP®- Business case development and assessment.- Space technologies, systems engineering, renewable energies, ground segment engineering. - Analysis, design, development and management of complex engineering projects.
