Manager, Utilities Engineering
Current- Plans, directs, manages, supervises and evaluates all Utilities Engineering Division staff, programs and activities.
- Provides high-level engineering and other technical advice and assistance to the Director regarding planning and execution of Utilities Engineering functions and programs, and the maintenance, operation, improvement.
- Manages construction projects and activities for utilities and other projects, whether performed by in-house staff or contractors.
- Coordinates utilities and other projects with principal staff of other City departments, county departments and appropriate state agencies.
- Manages and/or coordinates major Departmental and citywide special projects and administrative programs and activities as assigned.
- Provides technical assistance to the Director in developing long-range plans to meet the City's future needs for water and wastewater.
