Moderating EDF Energy's social networks during The Olympics and Paralympics, mainly Facebook and Twitter, in a daily out-of-hour schedule basis. The principal aim is to protect the brand against spam, malicious contents, aggressive assaults or negative brand associations across social channels, giving the brand the possibility to take immediate actions. I'm also helping the agency team to filter the Twitter users' daily sentiment about the Olympics in order to accordingly light on the London Eye, and tracking positive tweets and mentions across the social network, as a pivotal action of the campaign Energy of the Nation. Working in partnership with Impliweb to help their current clients enter social media and market their small businesses on these platforms. Implementing social media strategy includes identifying key influencers across blogs, communities, forums and social networks who are relevant to the client's business and liaising with them. Also, it entails optimising web content and link building to influence search rankings.
