My career began on Wall St as an investment banker/ institutional trader - with +25 yrs experience raising capital & capital structure advisory having worked in New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, London/Paris & Seoul.In 2016, the collective film-assets financed & produced by Cold Spring Pictures (co-founded w/ Ivan Reitman & Tom Pollock) - in partnership with Paramount Pictures & DreamWorks was successfully purchased by Revolution Studios; the deal comprised of 8 worldwide theatrically released movies owned by Cold Spring Pic. (value totaling US$725mm box-office revenue) including multiple-Oscar-nominee and Golden Globe winner, "Up in the Air" starring George Clooney. As well as, "No Strings Attached" featuring Natalie Portman & Ashton Kutcher.In 2000, New York, appointed SVP, Global Head of Online Trading for Refco Securities (America, Europe, Asia with over US$4.0 billion under management), spearheading an online trading platform initiative for Exchange-traded derivatives, commodities, FX & OTC futures contracts. Identified/ executed strategic acquisitions & negotiated deals with all major int'l trading exchanges for API & online transactions. In 2005, Refco was sold to London based Man Financial Group, Credit Lyonnais & Goldman Sachs for US$400mm.
