Managed the due diligence and customer sales transition during 3 acquisitions from 1993 - 2003 and implemented a Selling Process that was adopted in all locations across the company for consistency and focus towards sales growth at maximum speed. All sales people and sales managers were trained on a regular basis and with this training and consistant sales pipeline managment we captured 12% market share overall. At one point we grew the Buffalo Market Share from 11% to 37%. Created and became VP/GM of the new Contract Packaging/Fulfillment location on Walden Ave. in Bufffalo, NY growing the sales of the new segment substantially in a short period of time. Managed and lead a team who were credited with saving Eastman Kodak $1,000,000,000 in their World Wide Recycling program for the 35 mm (OTUC) one time use cameras.
