At one point we grew the Buffalo Market Share from 11% to 37%. Created and became VP/GM of the new Contract Packaging/Fulfillment location on Walden Ave. in Bufffalo, NY growing the sales of the new segment substantially in a short period of time. Managed and lead a team who were credited with saving Eastman Kodak $1,000,000,000 in their World Wide Recycling program for the 35 mm (OTUC) one time use cameras.
