CurrentI am currently the Client Success Manager at Céline Concierge, crafting exceptional Parisian experiences for our pied-à-terre owners, travelers and expats. I oversee the entire client journey, manage all external partnerships, and drive operational excellence across all departments. I also help ensure that our company is a great place to work for our employees.- Client Experience: Manage all aspects of the client journey, from onboarding and communication (French & English) to ensuring complete satisfaction with our services (Property Management, Trip Planning, Experience Curation, Concierge and PA services).- Partnerships: Lead all aspects of our partner ecosystem, encompassing prospecting, building strong relationships, maintaining seamless communication and exceptional standards, and fostering mutually beneficial collaborations across all areas of the company.- Business Growth and Strategy: Contribute to company development and marketing initiatives, spearhead operational process improvement, and drive internal and external growth strategies.- Operations & People Management: Provide comprehensive administrative support for the company, including HR and payroll functions, ensuring smooth team operations and a positive work environment.
