I am a CTO with over 20 years of experience in information technology, knowledge management, and information governance. I currently lead the technology function at Lambda Legal, the oldest and largest national legal organization committed to achieving full recognition of the civil rights of lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender people and everyone living with HIV.My passion is to develop talent, foster diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, manage change, transform digital processes, and innovate solutions. I have successfully integrated the technology of one of the largest law firm mergers in 2019, created a team of internal process improvement consultants, and implemented a modern information governance program. I have also been a shortlisted nominee for the ILTA Distinguished Peer Awards in Leadership and IT Professional of the Year. My strengths are strategic, ideation, connectedness, relator, and intellection. I am a game changer who solves big hairy audacious goals with creative and collaborative approaches.
