These solutions include advanced case management, text analytics, data analytics, data mining and machine learning functionality. Database design using NoSQL and relational modeling techniques. Drove business requirements to logical types that were then transformed into a physical implementation as tabular or document databases.

Downsized Revenue Accounting systems from mid range IBM 4331s to LANs using Novell/Btrieve, performing systems design, database design, applications programming in DOS. Configured, and installed high-speed optical scanners and integrated them with mainframes using the RJE 3780 protocol. System Architect for Amtrak's major Client/Server projects: Yield Management Graphical User Interface; On-Time Performance system; Labor Management System; and Fleet Allocation System. This work involved requirements analysis, project scoping, risk assessment and mitigation, data and process modeling, and developing the technology architecture.
