Working in a team of 4 people looking after +100 Lotus Domino servers.Whilst in this role was assisting in providing training to local IT staff with their local Domino issues.

As GHD is expanding globally I was in this position to go through the GHD offices throughout USA and Canada to implement GHD technologies. As well as train local IT staff to use these technologies.Also worked on helping our office in Santiago Chile to get up to speed with new technologies that were being implemented across GHD.This was made easier with me with my Spanish speaking background.

In this role some of the following things were covered.- Install and setup Nortel and Cisco VoIP handsets and configure them for users to be able to make calls.- Create a MOE and deploy them across PCs in the Melbourne office and also regional offices.- Provide general day to day support to internal GHD users from installing software to getting software working.Mainly provided support to users in Melbourne head office as well as remote users working in Regional Victoria. Also worked closely together with users and IT staff in Santiago, Chile.
