I retired (gee, I can't believe I'm that old. :D ) on December 31, 2012. 43 years doing the job I love. In the mental health field since 1969, I have worked in public and private psychiatric facilities. I have supervised clinical care since 1975 in a variety of settings including State psychiatric and mental retardation facilities, private psychiatric hospitals and private child care facilities for emotionally disturbed and addicted adolescents. In private practice since 1994, I have presented workshops on mental health services, diagnostics and therapy technique. I have taught at the University level off and on since 1987 and have served on numerous public and private committees.Specialties: Employee training, evaluation and consultation in industry, employee assistant programs (EAPs) and counseling for children, adolescents, and adults.
