Responsible for initial budget of approx. $30MM Responsible for the development and purchasing of all production materials for direct mail, and fulfillment kits, media replication, and collateral print materials. Worked with marketing, creative agencies and vendors to develop innovative cost effective packaging solutions for software. Designed and managed an order processing/distribution system with an external fulfillment vendor to handle phone, business reply mail and on-line customer orders, as well as orders through retail and OEM acquisition channels.

Developed and produced all packaging and media for Prodigy software. Channels of distribution: Direct Response; Retail (including POS); Specialty (magazine onserts/giveaways); Support (upgrades); Direct Software Mailings and OEM inserts.

Coordinated and set graphics standards for 400+ offices nationwide. Responsible for purchasing of approx. $5MM for projects from presentations and direct mail to corporate brochures and packaging. Researched and prepared cost and production justification for purchase and implementation of an internal desktop publishing network, including printers, scanners and high-quality output device. Designed and implemented a graphic project tracking system to allow for immediate computer access to current and historic artwork files, production schedules, cost estimates and other correspondence.

Supervised staff of 7 full-time and freelance artists in the production of brochures, slides, charts, newsletters and direct mail materials.
