Develops and coaches leaders to lead the site unter the Lean Operating System using defined tools and methods driving continuous improvement activities and results. Facilitates and trains others to drive kaizen events, knowledge transfer, and engage team members and leaders in activities supporting an autonomous work environment.

Responsible for developing and leading the continuous improvement group for the entire beverage division (16 facilities). Also responsible for strategic planning on cost savings identification as well as streamlining best practice collaboration between facilities.
