I want to be at the forefront of Esports & Performance and my coaching philosophy represents that. There is no secret to winning rather it is the small details that will make a difference. I structure my coaching style by bridging concepts and principles from traditional sports with Esports. This structure reinforces strong foundational values such as chemistry/good sportsmanship, open-mindedness, transparency, and commitment to their bigger purpose. My Involvement is a priority and as a leader of a team, I must lead by example. Developing a strong team involves the most basic element, good chemistry, and sharing a strong mindset in Valorant. Within a five-man team, chemistry plays a major role in team performance. Comfort and peace of mind allow the players to flow and create opportunities for each other. A sense of comradery strengthens your team bond and allows us to get through the lows and highs of a season. With my background and past experience, I have been able to expand how a team operates. Building chemistry through team building activities, integrating a logical training program achieving desired adaptations. While introducing a systematic flow of a practice that involves critical thinking, problem-solving, and application.
