PETROSEN TRADING & SERVICES, filiale de PETROSEN HOLDING, est chargée de l'application de la politique de l'Etat du Sénégal dans le midstream et l'aval du secteur pétrolier et gazier. Membre du Comité de Direction depuis Avril 2020, le département que je dirige catalyse le développement des activités de l'entreprise à travers:- la conception de stratégies métiers et de dossiers de projets avant-gardistes, avec un focus particulier sur les externalités positives et le développement des communautés;- la mise en place d'une infrastructure IT soutenue par une équipe d'innovation digitale jeune, dynamique, agile et créative dans sa conception des outils et leur prise en charge des préoccupations opérationelles;- la conduite d'analyses de projets (stratégique et financière) à la fois pointues, critiques et prévoyantes des contingences externes.

PETROSEN TRADING & SERVICES is a subsidiary of the PETROSEN HOLDING. It is the application instrument of the State of Senegal's policy in the midstream and downstream oil and gas sector. At PETROSEN TRADING & SERVICES, Business Support Services include: - Budgeting & Planning- Information Technology- Communication and Public RelationsThe team has successfully achieved, since April 2020: - the set up of an evaluation framework for investment projects, and the establishment of a budgeting process; - within the pandemic context, the conception and implementation of a resilient mobile IT framework, as well as an integrative IT strategy adapted to the evolution of the company;- the development and implementation of a forward thinking, unconventional communications and public relation strategy with a strong digital orientation.

Strategy and Development Unit, in charge of: - Project Coordination ;- External relations management ;- Development of the national strategy for local content promotion.
